Booking Information

How to book:

  1. Download and print the Booking Form here
  2. Complete same in full as indicated.
  3. Attach deposit of €300, by cheque (payable to Sino Irish Travel), or you can pay by phone with Debit or Credit card.
  4. Send the completed Form with deposit (if by cheque) to the address shown on the Booking form or email to enquiries@sinoirishtravel.ie

 

Booking Conditions

1. Deposit of  €300 (non-refundable) is required with completed Booking Form.

2. Balance of payment is due 10 weeks prior to tour departure date. The date for final payment is shown on the confirmation invoice.

If the booking is made and accepted less than 60 days before departure full payment must accompany the booking form. If payment is not received within 60 days prior to departure, the deposit is forfeited and the reservation automatically cancelled.

Please note: A 2% handling fee will be charged on any balance payment made by Credit Card.

3. Cancellation Charges:

  • 30-60 days prior to departure date:30% of the tour cost
  • 15-30 days prior to departure date:60% of the tour cost
  • 01-14 days prior to departure date:no refund

Notification of cancellation must be made in writing to Sino-Irish Travel.

4. Any unused services or tour arrangements are not transferable or refundable.Any alteration or abandonment of travel arranged by the tour participant will not be accepted as any basis for a claim against Sino-Irish Travel.

5. We reserve the right to alter the departure date or cancel any tour if the group size falls below minimum or for reasons beyond our control. In such event, we will make a full refund of any monies paid in advance or we will offer the choice of an alternative tour of a comparable standard.
